To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will be required to ship the unwanted item back to us in order to receive a refund for your purchase minus the shipping cost. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Tracking is strongly recommended as we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. To initiate your return, please email email@example.com to obtain a return form to fill out and slip in your package.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to the email address provided at check out to notify you. Refunds, depending on your bank, take about 3-5 business days to appear in your account again. This is the standard time frame, please keep in mind that some banks may take longer.
All returned items will make a home in the trash.
Exclusions for Returns: Sale items, promotional offers (including, but not limited to, BOGO 50% off, and/or any discounts applied at checkout), or limited edition products are FINAL SALE.
Please note that we are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses. If you notice the shipping address provided at check-out was incorrect, please reply back to your order confirmation email within (3) hours of receipt with any corrections. This way, we can immediately fix the error. However, once your order has shipped, adjustments can no longer be made.
If your purchase arrived damaged, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within (7) days of receipt with a photo and we will take care of it immediately.
