• Apply with desired brush or clean finger.
• Can be layered on top of a primer or dusted onto skin for extra shine and shimmer.
• Best applied to a tacky base such as a primer, moisturizer, or sunscreen.
• Can be used with or without primer.
• If intense pigmentation is desired, it is recommended to pack the pigment on top of your favorite eyeshadow primer or "glitter glue".
• Can be used with a mixing medium to line.
• Add over any Black Moon lipstick, eyeshadow, or Moonlighter for best results.

TO REMOVE: 

• If lightly dusted onto skin, a facial cleanser will suffice in removing the pigment.
• If used over a primer, it is recommended to use a cleansing balm or makeup removing balm to loosen the pearls then wash with facial cleanser to remove entirely.
• Do not use makeup wipes to remove.
