To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will be required to ship the unwanted item back to us in order to receive a refund for your purchase minus the shipping cost. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Tracking is strongly recommended as we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. To initiate your return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a return form to fill out and slip in your package.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to the email address provided at check out to notify you. Refunds, depending on your bank, take about 3-5 business days to appear in your account again. This is the standard time frame, please keep in mind that some banks may take longer.
All returned items will make a home in the trash.
EXCLUSIONS for RETURN: Sale items, promotional offers (including, but not limited to, BOGO 50% off, bundles, and/or any discounts applied at checkout), or limited edition products are FINAL SALE.
Please note we are not responsible for returned packages due to incorrect/incomplete addresses provided at checkout. If you notice the shipping address provided at check-out was incorrect, please reply back to your order confirmation email within (3) hours of receipt with any corrections. This way, we can immediately fix the error. However, once your order has shipped, adjustments can no longer be made.
Please note we are also not responsible for any packages returned back to us as a result of past due pick-ups from your local post office. Some post offices may hold your parcel for pick-up for a certain number of days ranging from 10-18 days. If the recipient of the parcel fails to pick up the parcel, the post office will return it back to us. Please check the tracking provided in your shipping confirmation email for updates on the whereabouts of your order.
If your purchase arrived damaged, please email email@example.com within (7) days of receipt with a clear photo of the problem you are experiencing and we will take care of it immediately.
